I received my massage therapy license in 2013 from Hands On Therapeutics in Wichita Falls, TX. Since then I have worked in several different types of massage establishments. I have worked in small spas, chiropractic clinics, and massage therapy franchise chains. After completing Tracy Walton’s intensive course Oncology Massage Therapy: Caring for Clients with Cancer, I was interested in joining OMA but didn’t live near a participating hospital. While attending Final Touch Training where I learned Hospice Massage OMA was brought up again and I knew I needed to get involved. In October 2016 I joined OMA and also became a Preferred Provider through the Society for Oncology Massage.
